The Menopause Education Center

You've got questions about menopause. We have answers.

About Us

The Menopause Education Center was established in 2020 when our founder Rachel Anne began her own perimenopause journey, looking to the internet for information but finding it overwhelming, confusing, disjointed, and at times simply inaccurate. And what she did find seemed targeted towards a demographic that was older than she felt. She knew she must not be the only one struggling to find accurate, reliable, and organized help for navigating menopause, designed around contemporary women in their 40s and 50s. So she gathered a team of experts, educators, and therapists to create our courses. All of our data is curated from academic sources, business journals, and the latest scientific studies. We’ve conquered the chaos that is the internet, so you don’t have to.

We strive to empower women to become their own best health advocates, but we don’t stop there. We also help the people around them – including their husbands, partners, and employers – to become their biggest supporters. We aim to eliminate the confusion and stigma around this natural life stage by providing comprehensive education about the physical, emotional, psychological, and social changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause.

Our resources and masterclasses serve three audiences:

  • Women in menopause. Our masterclass for women, Menopause & You - A Complete Guide, is full of simple, no-nonsense advice that we never got from our mothers. It aims to help women understand what is going on with their bodies, what to do about it, and how to work with their doctors, partners, and employers to thrive during this inevitable change.
  • Their partners. We've designed The Partner Playbook for today's modern man to help them understand how to support their partner during this time and avoid losing connection and intimacy.
  • Their employers. With menopausal women the fastest-growing demographic in the workforce, an estimated annual $26.6 billion hit to the economy due to lost work productivity and health expenses, and even groups like the World Economic Forum calling for menopause support in the workplace, there's no doubt about it: menopause is a workplace issue. Our comprehensive programs aims to educate, support, and equip your team with the tools and information needed to establish a menopause-friendly workplace and support your female employees navigating the transition.

Welcome to the future of supporting women at a whole new level.
